Maybe you set your ea account to the wrong region

Sadly this is not the case, both my playstation account and EA account are set to united kingdom. Over the years i have received nearly all beta codes and they have worked with no issues. When i try to redeem it through playstation it says wrong region. When i try to redeem it through playstation app it says invalid.
