Title: Add Lower Divisions and District Leagues with Full Youth Football System
Suggestion:
I would like to suggest adding lower national divisions and district leagues to Career Mode, with a strong focus on grassroots and youth football.
This would bring many new players to the game, especially those involved in local clubs and youth systems.
District Leagues & Youth System Concept:
Youth categories from U11 up to U21
Players pay a monthly fee, like in real grassroots football
Example: €20 per player per month
No buying or selling players in district leagues
Financial management includes:
Paying referees
Managing basic club expenses
Freedom to schedule friendly/training matches at any time
Club management focuses on:
Coaches
President/board
Training plans
Player development and progression
Progression:
Players develop through youth levels (U11 → U21)
Best players can eventually move into semi-professional or professional levels
Promotion from district leagues to higher divisions
Benefits:
Extremely realistic grassroots football experience
Deeper and more challenging Career Mode
Long-term progression instead of instant success
Represents football levels currently missing from the game
Attracts players who feel unrepresented by current modes
This system would make Career Mode more immersive, realistic, and unique compared to other football games.
