Transfer Market Access for New Account on Switch

I have an account on the Switch 2 that is new for FC26. According to this article, I have to complete the Venturing Out objective group in order to get access to the transfer market. One of the objectives in Venturing Out requires playing 3 Rush matches. Any time I try to play a Rush match I get a message saying “no teammates found”, no matter how long I wait. I’ve tried on several different days and even different times of the day. I’m sure this has something to do with trying to play on the Switch.

 Since I can’t play Rush and therefore can’t complete that objective, how would I ever get access to the transfer market?
