Sadly this is how we are treated and it’s ok for them because they get away with it with no repercussions. Worse customer support I’ve ever experienced by far.

Unfortunately this is true but I will try my best to solve the issue and prove that behind the automated replies somewhere there is a responsible person that should take a look and fix the issue. I am very curious of what interest for the company's workers is not to resolve a problem caused by their monitoring tool. I completely understand that it is a system and can make mistakes sometimes, however here comes the role for the people to help the system and clients, not to stay uninvolved in the process at all.
