Transfer market ban

Hello,

I got ban placed on my account for allegedly transferring coins to another account. I have been playing EA Sports FC for many years, and I have always used only one account. I have never transferred coins to another account or engaged in any activity that violates the game's rules. Because of this, I do not understand the reason for this ban.

I was never involved in any coin distribution or any other activity that violates the game's rules. I have always played honestly and fairly, which is why I was surprised by this ban.

I submitted more than 10 appeals and no one is reviewing my appeal and I am getting the same  responce from a bot.

I don't think EA has a ToS team and it is a myth beacause no one is reviewing the bans that are mistakenly placed on fair players. Customer support only tells us to sumbit an appeal. Wow really, we didn't know that. So I don't find any solution to deal with this situation. If you have any solution please share with me.

  • Hey PETROSYAN019,

It is not possible to change the final decision made by our Terms of Service Team following a careful review.

You can try submitting a new appeal form and providing any relevant new information that might help our teams with additional verifications on your market activity, if possible.

Thank you for your patience with this.

    Hey,

You answered me like an agent from EA Support. I am telling you that I have submitted 10 appeals and received the same reply from a bot every time. I am sure no one from the EA ToS team reviewed my case because I never broke any fair-play rules.

An automated system is blocking fair players for trading, and there is no actual support behind this ban because support doesn't exist. If any agent reviews my account, they will see that I was not involved in any activity that broke the rules of the game.

Open the internet and see how many fair players, even famous ones, are facing this Transfer Market ban just for trading.

  • Welcome to the club believe me it not worth getting the next version either surely you jokers at ea can see a pattern here why would everyone be cheating at the end of fc 26 when 27 is knocking at the door whey to setup for the new version of your game even if you were to except your wrong doing I still wouldn’t buy this garbage

Sure bro why I should buy fc27 if they ban fair players. I just faced unfair attitude that's why I raise my voice here. I played many games and never got banned and I imagined that getting banned should be something with direct proof not just like opening the game and seeing that you are banned.

Ea claus You also give a robotic answer, as explained above, the man has been playing on a single account for many years, he hasn't put money down or there was no recall, because he did that to me many times and we get the same answer But my question is, does anyone catch those who spend money or promote on YouTube to buy coins? Those who have teams within two days of the game's launch with players of 87 and up? Does she just use bots on the average player when she also wants to make coins from trade? That's right, I said it was just me but I see that it's already an abuse on several players, what's going on EA
