Transfer Market banned for Coin Distribution – I never bought Coins

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for advice regarding a Transfer Market restriction on my EA SPORTS FC 26 account.

On August 18, my account was restricted for alleged Coin buying/distribution. However, I have never bought, sold or transferred Coins through any third-party service.

I actively used the Transfer Market to legitimately buy and resell players for profit, so I’m concerned that some of my normal market transactions may have been incorrectly identified as Coin distribution.

I have already submitted appeals and requested manual reviews, but the restriction was upheld. EA stated that certain Transfer Market transactions were identified as Coin distribution, but I was not told which transactions caused the penalty.

I have now requested a download of my EA account data to see whether it contains the relevant Transfer Market history.

Has anyone experienced something similar and eventually had the restriction removed? If so, what helped in your case?

I’m not looking for ways to bypass a penalty. I’m simply trying to understand what transaction may have triggered it and how I can get the case properly reviewed.
