Transfer market limit fix??

I've been dealing with this transfer market limit issue for the past few weeks. The issue says to check back in 24 hours, but it’s still not sorted out. It's been a few weeks now. I tried to use the transfer market in the web app too, but it’s not working there either.

Is anyone else dealing with this issue? Any tips to fix it would be super helpful!
