Transfer Market tutorial is impossible to complete

Hello,

I am using the same EA account as in FC 24. My FC 24 Ultimate Team loads correctly, so I know I am on the correct account.

In FC 26 my Transfer Market is locked, but the tutorial requires me to complete the "Market Understanding" objectives by buying players and items from the Transfer Market.

Since the Transfer Market is locked, I cannot complete the tutorial and I am stuck.

Could someone from EA please check my account and reset or unlock the tutorial?
