Transfer Market unlock

Hi all.  I used to play FUT regularly until 2021(ish) both online and offline. Mostly played offline as I often needed to pause the games etc (small children) and although some see that as boring it worked for me. Last played around FIFA22.

So got FC26 around three days ago and to be honest I'm a casual player now and don't even currently want to play online.  However to get access to the transfer market as its currently locked it seems I have to complete a set of objectives (which I have no problem with) only that some of them like Rush are online- so I have to pay to use something I'm not interested in at all currently.

Is there any other way of getting access to the transfer market other than paying for online? Then if I pay for a month and cancel, will I lose access again?
