EA Please FIX THIS! - Server Issues

I played two games and got promoted to a higher division in rivals. I had a win streak and won my third game, only to see the server disconnect. After it reconnected i was back in the lower division and all my progress was gone... I play on PC and I was playing against a PC player, Elite_Penjamin.... EA, FIX THIS!
