Transfer market usage limited

I have been using the same EA account for FUT for many years, but this year is my first on pc, but im still connected to the same  EA account. I dont understand why i am limited in the transfer market. (I have completed all the objectives, "unlocked" the transfer market, and waited the 48h). I get the text "youve reached your limit on buy/bid actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access to the transfer market.
