I'm having an issue all of the sudden, logged into UT just fine and whenever I queue up Rivals I get the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at this moment"
I know some people here had this issue but the only difference is that they couldn't get into UT but for me its only Rivals that's giving me this issue.
Please help
You on pc? I know it’s silly but sync your time and date. There was an issue because of uk time going to one hour ahead. Hope it helps mate
No actually I'm on PS5, I wonder if it still about the time and date.

Community ManagerHey there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Just the squads, not your players. Then, create an empty squad and see if you can load in to UT. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
I can load into UT just fine actually its just whenever I queue up Rivals it gives me said issue, I also tried that method, deleted the squad and restarted but it didn't work.
I'm not sure if there's something else I have missed.

I carry on as per your advise and manage to enter in UT, but before enter game carry on update by itself
