Ultimate Team Hacked

I was hacked on Sunday morning, and the person sold all my cards, took all the coins and in the process, got me banned from the transfer market.

How do I get an update on what’s actually happening as it’s been nearly a week now, I’ve heard nothing from them, and don’t understand how difficult it is to see the suspicious login, all my details change, and all my content gone in the early hours of the morning.
