Unable to connect to ultimate team PS5 December 11th

am unable to connect to EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on my PS5, even though my internet connection is fully functional. My Wi-Fi works well and allows me to play every other game mode without any issues, but Ultimate Team will not connect at all. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting my console, deleting and re-downloading the game, and rebuilding my PS5 database, but nothing has worked. I also ask that you please check if there are any flags, restrictions, or issues on my account that could be causing this problem. I live in the United States, my PlayStation name is upbeat-wax387, and my FIFA ID is fifabox25. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
