Unable to progress pass FC26 Rush objective as no one is playing

Pre-ordered because I was so excited to play this on my switch 2. Have over 20,000 coins but can’t do anything with them because of the rush objective. Changed settings, tried resetting game, but no success. Thought it would be better once game was released but I’ve been trying all day and nothing. Absolutely horrendous. No one in clubs. None of the tournaments. Only been able to play rivals. Awesome game. Awful inability to connect players.
