Yea it is not ideal. I do actually have some good news! A customer support agent on the live chat called Michael F has been super helpful.
He himself has not refunded me but he has been so helpful with his answers and i actually do believe he has tried his best! he has said that a customer relations team will be in contact and we should be able to come up with a solution. I will keep this page posted as i want this to serve purpose for other people who have similar issues. Overall the experiance has been bad but i would be very happy if this does atleast get resolved
