Why ban my account before Black Friday!!

I got red alert several hours ago and my account got banned. I have never bought any coins from any other accounts. But EA banned my account saying suspect me transferring coins between accounts. I spent over 100,000 FC points this year. All my coins are got from selling cards normally or direct sell. Then I got email and notify my account got banned.

I am not complaing about open some many store packs without any big signing. Not complaining the s**t rewards and low pack rate. But why banned my account!!

I played SQB, weekend league, DR and all other modes, saved planty of packs and ready for thunderstruck. Then EA banned my account!!! And tomorrow is Thanks Giving, I don't even know whether they will work the next day and handle my EAHELP case! So disappointing!!!! WTF this game and company!!!!
