Why can I not access any online modes?

It’s working when connecting to ea servers but as soon as I click on ultimate team or clubs it makes me wait for 10 minutes then says ultimate team is unavailable at the moment???? Every other game I play I have 20 ping, what is the issue and how do I solve it?
