Why can I not make player reports?

I was playing a live event match (round 4) when every pass felt like the sliders had been adjusted to the max a simple X pass went to the across the whole pitch, then later when we was winning 4-3 suddenly my team all couldn't run we was all slow walking as if the slider had been adjusted to 0 for our team forcing us to give up or for them to get a cheap win, our shots had errors and therefore I believe I came across a cheater.

I didn't need to win so it didn't matter so much but I'm more so aggravated that this person is roaming around ruining matches and will continue to do so and where's the punishment? I can't for the life of me find a way to report and or contact a live advisor about this so I'm very disappointed.
