Why hackers/cheaters are still available and free to blame us?

My big hope during new season coming with FC26 is free from hack and cheat. But, honestly...nowadays they are still happy to blame us as free players.

Everyday I always report them to EA following the rules and regulations. But, sorry to say...all events have infected by the hackers/cheaters.

My current OVR is reaching 117 and very easy to loose by lower OVR with hack/cheat modes. I don't know until when I can keep patience with this situation.

Please see attached files that I've found from 1 opponent detected cheater by myself. Surprisingly, the cheating script is available in the market and surely many peoples bought it to enjoy the fastest way to win without any effort instead of money.
