Why have EA turned the best game into the worst?

So, when I started playing FC26 I loved it. It was realistic, challenging and fun to play, I would say it's the most immersive football game I have ever played. Now however, out of nowhere, the game is a joke to play. I am playing on Ultimate difficulty and cannot lose a game. Honestly, the Ai won't close me down or tackle me, they can be one on one with my keeper and I stead of shooting, do a 180 and pass back to their midfield. It's now impossible to have an immersive and realistic career mode when I play as Everton and am top of the table, undefeated after 15 games. Why have they updated this once brilliant game into the mess that it is now? Another company needs to bring out a competitor as soon as possible!
