Wrong player item version received from a pack and accidentally used in SBC
Hello EA Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding a serious technical issue with a pack opening on my account.
During the current promo event (on june 2nd) at around 7pm, I opened a pack and rolled Desire Doue. Since his Promo version is currently live in packs, I should have received his special event item. Instead, due to a known system error on EA's side, I received his regular Gold version.
Unfortunately, out of habit and muscle memory, I accidentally submitted this regular Gold version into an SBC shortly after, before fully realizing the mistake and the fact that it was a global pack error.
I am fully aware of the standard policy stating that items submitted into SBCs cannot be recovered. However, in this specific case, the root cause of the issue is a game bug – I should have never received the Gold card in the first place, but the Promo version instead.
Could you please check my account's pack history logs to verify this drop? I want to ensure that despite the card being accidentally used in an SBC, my account will still be included in the upcoming automated compensation database to receive the correct Promo version of the player.
