Gameplay doesnt work and ea assistant refusing to help

Been reporting gameplay issues for over 3 month now because nothing registers with my inputs whatsoever. I used EA Help which I was told my account has a serious bug and will be looked into, after reporting back multiple times ive still received nothing but repetitive chats over and over. 

I then came to here, found 0 solutions to my issue, decided to post about the gameplay not working and I get my post removed, I complain about it and get banned which yes I understand because I was abit rude but the second time was just unnecessary, I made another post and made sure I said nothing about any ea employees and it gets removed, I message the same guy again who previously refused to help me in that other discussion, said nothing wromg at all, and he then bans me again for 2 weeks this time. 

So the other day when I got unbanned I messaged, got nothing back till today saying im playing the exact same game as anybody else and that my gameplay isnt broken. And the main reason which im reporting this is hes also told me he wont answer my report anymore because its the same thing over and over and my gameplay isnt broken. 

So look im literally stuck I cant do anything about my gameplay because anything I search up doesnt work, any ps5 troubleshoot solutions don't work, in game troubleshooting doesnt work, I deleted the game, deleted saved data, waited a week and then reinstalled and nothing. I switched to a different ps5 console, used my dad's account which worked 100% perfect no issue at all, then switched to my account on the same console and it done the total opposite and still played broken. 

I dont even know if this is relevant for this discussion but atleast it shows the reality of some assistants who abuse their roles.
