My account got banned permanently a few days ago as well after selling a few not usable cards from my saved tradable packs at Futties for min price. Why do you get banned for seeling cards in the price range ? What is the reason for having a price range if you get banned even selling cards in this range (even min price) ?
Unjustified ban, no explanation, no chance to contact to a real person to explain and discuss. Only 3 time appeals to submit a report to defend yourself which you get an automatic robotic mail which states their choice is correct in the end.... The live chat also cannot help you since the decision is only made by TOS Team and no one can reach them.
Spend so much time to create a fun squad and there is no support for players who do not commit any fraudulent things.
Somehow unbelievable and shocking ... I do not understand why there is no live chat or e-mail where you can get in contact with the TOS support. From my research everyone gets the same automated rejection mail. Is an TOS agent really sitting on his desk and reviewing each banned case ? Or is AI doing it ? I doubt it.
EA you really need to really rethink about your decision and strategy.
I have never been so disappointed of the lack of transparency and support. If you are not a streamer and just a normal player you are helpless in this situation.
FC26 will be my the last version to play. There is no motivation to keep playing with this situation.
The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. I bought some futties cards over the past week for in between 11.25k -12.5k and relisted them for 30k. 4 cards sold at the end of the auction time limit and boom 💥 EA came in with the hammer and banned me as well from using the transfer Market. I've appealed their decision and expecting some sort of compensation. I have not done anything wrong here to my knowledge at least. Apparently they don't want players to profit in the transfer market. They'd rather us just buy packs with real money. This is a mistake on their part and if the decision is not reversed within the coming days I will file a small claims lawsuit against EA and will cost me nothing to do so which is great. I will be suing EA for anything between 15k - 40k for the breach of their own terms and conditions.
