Wrongly had my coins wiped few months back and now had my transfer market band

I have been transfer band as i sold a player and bought a different one while making loads of coins but been told I have been coin distribution while anyone could do that i have tried to appeal but they keep saying im breaking the rules i also had a similar situation where my coins got taken off me and again they didn't fo anything they said it will stand so is there a department I can make a complaint to about this as its ridiculous ive been playing fifa since 2009 and not once had a issue until now and again I've not played the game any differently from then I sold a tots mbappe for 5.5 million coins what was lucky as i got him for 5mill and 50k and I sold a r9 for just under 3.7 mill and I got him for around 3.3 mill at the time
