Problème de connexion instable perte de paquets gigas ultimate team FC 26

Bonjour, je suis un membre fondateur depuis 2012

Je vous écris pour signaler un problème qui touche beaucoup de joueurs en Algérie sur EA Sports FC 26 et certains autres jeux en ligne comme ultimate Team FUT.

Depuis environ un mois, nous rencontrons un problème de packet loss pendant les matchs. Le jeu devient très difficile à jouer : il y a du lag, des **bleep** dans les actions et parfois des déconnexions des serveurs pertes des matchs automatiques.

Ce problème ne concerne pas seulement une ville ou une région, mais plusieurs joueurs dans différentes villes du pays. Nous ne savons pas si cela vient des serveurs EA ou du routage entre l’Algérie et les serveurs du jeu.

Nous espérons simplement que ce problème pourra être vérifié et étudié, car beaucoup de joueurs en Algérie sont touchés et ne peuvent pas profiter du jeu normalement.

I am experiencing a connection issue while playing Ultimate Team matches in EA Sports FC 26.

Before starting a match, the ping displayed is usually between 25 and 30 ms. However, during the match I frequently get the “unstable connection” warning and the ping spikes up to 60-80 ms, which causes lag and gameplay delays.

The strange thing is that this problem happens only in Ultimate Team.

In other online modes of the game and in other multiplayer games, my connection remains stable with around 20 ms ping and no instability warnings.

Technical details:

Platform: PS5

Connection: Ethernet 600Mega  (Cat6 cable)

NAT Type: Type 2

Pre-match ping: 25-30 ms

In-match ping spikes: 60-80 ms

Location: Oran, Algeria

I have already tested several troubleshooting steps (router restart, wired connection, network checks), but the issue still occurs only in FUT matches.

Could this be related to server routing or FUT matchmaking?
