hello, i am posting here because ea help was unable to resolve my issue despite multiple chats and an escalation to the market review team. my in-game transfer market was previously accessible and then became locked with a bid limit message that does not reset after multiple 24-hour periods. there is no ban, suspension, or policy violation on my account, and i was told by the review team that my case would be checked and actioned immediately. this has not happened. support advisors said they cannot escalate further. this appears to be a stuck account-side restriction rather than a normal unlock evaluation. i am requesting an ea community manager or ea staff member to review my account and confirm whether a manual reset or fix can be applied.please help me i do not know what to do anymore, weeks has passed. thank you.
