EA Javelin Anticheat Error hinders games from starting

Hello,

three days ago I bought FC 26 through steam for the first time after playing it for years on PlayStation.

I wanted to start the game and from the beginning I’ve had problems with the anti-cheat program which hinders me from starting the game and playing it. Since buying it i’ve successfully started the game twice and was able to play ultimate team but since yesterday the game just doesn’t start up.

I’ve tried everything like repairing the game, repairing the EA app, repairing the anti-cheat, reinstalling everything. I even reinstalled Windows. Nothing worked. I contacted the EA help team and they gave me some solutions but those also didn’t work so now I’m stuck and I don’t know what to do and I can’t refund the game anymore because of the hours I’ve “played” it on Steam even though the hours are just me trying to start the game. I was contemplating buying the game on PlayStation but my progress on ultimate team won’t be transferred onto the console so that option won’t do and I need to play on PC.

 I hope someone can help me very soon.
