Re: missing fut birthday evo from store pack

I purchased the Historical Birthday Cosmetic EVO Pack twice when the pack had a User Limit of 2.

Each pack stated that it contained 1 Build Your Own FUT Birthday Evolution, so I reasonably expected to receive 2 Evolutions after purchasing both packs.

Instead, I only received 1 Evolution in total.

Since then, EA has changed the pack to a User Limit of 1, but I have not received the missing Evolution or compensation.

I’ve already opened a support case, but it currently says “No fix available.”

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

If so, please comment below with:

• Whether you bought the pack twice

• Whether you only received one Evolution

• Whether you’ve heard anything back from EA

Trying to determine how widespread this issue is.

I am having the exact same issue. Seen on Twitter that they posted about affected people being messaged in-game and that the issue was fixed. But, I never received a message in-game and still do not have the second birthday Evo. I've also seen posts and comments from other people saying that they were messaged in-game but the evo was still not given to them.

Same here, bought it twice, received one evo. Also raised a case and it says the same as you, though the advisor did say that they are aware that it is a ‘worldwide’ issue and they are looking into it. Would be nice to have some sort of communication so we all know what is going on though. Same with the gold standard evo, when on earth is that coming back?

Same here. There were already earlier threads about this issue too.
I bought the pack twice, only received one EVO, and still haven’t heard anything back from EA.
