Soft-Locked Account: Missing Intro to Rewards Evolution & Locked Transfer Market

Hello EA Support, My account is permanently soft-locked on EA SPORTS FC 26, and I cannot unlock the Web/Companion App Transfer Market due to a database glitch with the Foundations Evolutions. While trying to complete the "Venturing Out" objective group to open the market, I used the game's built-in "Remove All Evolutions" feature on my active player card. Instead of resetting the player back to their base state, the entire "Intro to Rewards" Evolution slot completely vanished from my Evolutions menu. Because the slot is gone, I cannot start or complete the evolution again. This has left my "Venturing Out" objective group permanently stuck at 3 out of 4 progress. I cannot unlock my Transfer Market through normal gameplay. Please escalate this to your technical team to manually force-complete the "Intro to Rewards" objective on my account backend, or reset the evolution slot so I can finish it. Thank you.
