servers are experiencing traffic problems

I play games its min 92 i have 5 goals and then boom EA servers are experiencing traffic problems and i get disconnected and lose best game

can't log in fc 26
can't log in to the server, it says it's unavailable right now, every mode is not working on Xbox Series S. My other games work fine. If anyone has a solution, please post it.
