Major ping increase for Romanian players using DIGI – nationwide issue
Hello, I’m posting this because there seems to be a widespread connection issue affecting players in Romania, especially those using DIGI as their internet provider. For approximately one week, the ping we normally get in EA FC 26 has increased significantly. Before this issue, I consistently had around 28–34 ms in-game. Now, my ping has increased to around 50 ms, despite my internet connection and setup remaining the same. The only players that i play with are from Germany , while in the past , most of them were from Poland ( the country that the nearest server was). I have tried to use my hotspot from my phone to see with what players i connect to. The ping didn’t dropped , as you expect , but now the players in my lobby are only from turkey. So i guess its a routing problem from DIGI , or from Ea, that don’t let us conect to the balkan server . My question is , why we can’t connect to the old server in Poland that we used to connect to and we had a stable 30 ping connection ? What makes this particularly concerning is that this does not appear to be an individual issue. All Romanian players using DIGI are reporting the same increase in ping. This makes it look like a national or routing-related issue affecting the connection between DIGI and EA’s servers, rather than an issue with individual users. I have already tried the troubleshooting steps recommended by EA and by my internet provider, but nothing has changed. I also contacted DIGI directly, and they confirmed that, as far as they are concerned, there have been no changes on their side that would explain this issue. Interestingly, based on what Romanian players are reporting, customers using another Romanian ISP, Orange, do not appear to be experiencing the same problem. Some Orange users are reportedly still getting around 20 ms, while DIGI users are seeing significantly higher latency. This is especially frustrating because the issue appeared suddenly and has remained for approximately a week, with no changes to our local setups. As you can see , there are a lot of posts in the last few days about this issue. Could EA please investigate whether there is currently a routing/peering issue affecting connections from DIGI Romania to EA FC 26 servers? Or at least tell us if this problem will be resolved for the start of Ea Fc 27?UT constantly freezing and struggling to load
My game has been basically unplayable this year because the game is constantly freezing and often struggles to load, particularly when moving between the menus on UT. I have tried clearing my cache, deleting all console and cloud save files, reinstalling the game and pretty much everything else. I have a very strong internet connection with the highest speed possible and have no problems with any other game. It is quite clearly an EA FC issue. I’ve seen many people complain about the same thing and seemingly there is no solution. I spent £100 on this game for the pre-order. If it can’t be fixed I am surely entitled to compensation?Title: Random colored sparkles during gameplay on PS5
Hi everyone, I'm honestly at my breaking point with this issue. I paid full price for FC26 and I've spent more time trying to fix it than actually enjoying it. I'm playing on an original launch PS5, and throughout matches I get these random colored glowing sparkles/orbs that appear for a split second, disappear, then randomly come back somewhere else. They're incredibly distracting. What's confusing is that they: Only happen during gameplay (most likely during daytime matches) and penalty shootouts, never happens in the menus or cutscenes, when i tried to screenshot them, they don't appear in the pictures, yet they do appear in video recordings i only have this issue with fc26, not any other game and i tried everything already i could possibly think of Deleted and reinstalled the game. Installed the latest update. Rebuilt the database. Cleared the system cache. Tested on two different TVs. Tested with different HDMI cables. Had my PS5 serviced because it previously had an overheating issue (which is now fixed) The sparkles are still there. Sony Support told me they believe it's a game issue rather than a hardware problem, but I honestly don't know what to think anymore. and i asked a technician, he said my GPU is failing and dying Has anyone else experienced these random colored sparkles on PS5? like is this even fixable at this point cuz i've tried everything I'd really appreciate any help because at this point I'm just trying to enjoy a game I paid for.
Missing Champions Qualification Points - Division 4
I completed all the required points in Division 4, but I didn't receive the full tokens. Instead, I only got a very small fraction, which is just 326 points I completed all the required points in Division 4, but I didn't receive the full tokens. I was supposed to receive 450 points, but I only got 326 instead. Could you please look into this and credit the remaining missing points?
