PS5 shuts down when playing fc 26
Recently over the last couple of weeks my ps5 shuts down when i go into a match. It only seems to do this on fc 26. Ive deleted and reinstalled the game Cleared cache and rebuilt database Opened up the ps5 and cleaned the fan. Whenever I try to go into Ultimate Team in EA FC 26 on PS5 I get a message saying: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.” I’d be grateful if anyone could suggest some ways of fixing this. I’ve tried restarting the PS5 and our router, clearing caches, rebuilding database, changing DNS and deleting UT squads. I’ve also tried downloading the EA FC web app but it says I “signed into another device”. I’ve got an active PS Plus subscription. Hello EA Forums, My issue is now isolated to EA SPORTS FC 26 Clubs mode on PS5. Other EA connectivity problems appear to be resolved, and I can now connect normally in other cases. However, when I try to enter Clubs mode in FC 26, I get the error: “Unable to connect to EA servers.” Important details: This is now happening only in FC 26 Clubs. My general internet connection is working. Other EA connectivity issues have improved. The issue seems isolated to Clubs on PS5. Because the problem is now limited to one specific mode, I believe this may be related to my Clubs profile/persona data, account sync, or a server-side issue affecting Clubs access on my account. Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a very serious and ongoing issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5. The game keeps crashing during gameplay with the error code CE-108255-1. This problem has been happening repeatedly and is not new — I already experienced the same issue in FC 25, and now it continues in FC 26 as well. The crashes happen both online and offline. Sometimes the game closes suddenly during important matches, causing me to lose progress, coins, points, match rewards, and time invested into the game. It has become extremely frustrating because I can no longer play normally without worrying that the game will crash again. I have already tried many troubleshooting steps, including: - Restarting the PS5 - Reinstalling the game completely - Updating the game to the latest version - Updating the PS5 system software - Rebuilding the database in Safe Mode - Clearing cache - Checking internet connection - Making sure the console has enough storage space Despite all of this, the problem still continues. Hello, I have been experiencing constant random disconnects in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 for more than a day now. The issue happens everywhere: Ultimate Team menus, squad/tactics editing, matchmaking, during Rivals matches, and even sometimes in the main FC menu outside Ultimate Team. In some cases I also get completely logged out from my EA account. I already tried: reinstalling the game, clearing cache, restarting router and console, deleting local settings, rebuilding squads. Nothing helped. Important: I use the same EA account in other EA games and everything works perfectly there. The problem only happens in FC 26. Me and my cousin were eager to play online friendlies and we don't know how many times we are trying, it doesn't allow us to play. It will keep on showing This game session is no longer available. No matter who invited or anything, it doesn't move forward from this issue. Both of us have cross play enabled and latest version of the game and PS5 software. Anyone else have suddenly players missing in fut? Or experienced this in the past? (No not put in sbc, transferlist, unassigned, or quicksold). Im also able to proof that the players (some quite long evo chains) are gone without my actions... as I cannot start a new evolution of the same player because it says I have already an evo of that player. I started to notice this at the end of April, and also contacted EA.
