-1 Remaining in fut champs!!

i finished fut 9 win but in the last match after showing me win 

"Unable to connect to ultimate team"

after this i tried to join again they showed to me that i will disconnected in last match and the match count as a win and a lose !

So now i didint get fut rewards and the score become

win 9 -- Lose 7 -- Remaining -1 !!
