5 fps lock in online matches

Hi ea team i have this problem from the start of fc 26. I have the standard edition and if not every time, 8/10 times when i join an online match (only in online) my fps lock at 5-10 and its completely unplayable. I have to restart my pc or turn it off and join in 2 hours to be fixed. I have got many loses in rivals for this trying to play and having to leave because its unplayable. This game was 70 euros and i wasnt really looking to waste them please do something because many pc users have the same problem. Also my controller is not working when i get this lag .Thank you !
