(Switch) Cheater leaving at 2:8 and I get d/c credit?
To whoever this might concern (on EA side), Honestly, putting aside 30 fps performance on Switch (which is a crime on its own)/or lack or crossplay for Rush mode on Switch (it's virtually impossible to get a game, unless you create a premade group), how is it possible that you (EA) cannot fix the issue with people disconnecting when they're losing, and I'm being penalized for that? How does it happen year after year, when sore losers use some sort of trick/cheat or whatever it is and regardless if I'm playing Champions/Rivals or Gauntlet, I get the L? What happened: I was playing the last 3rd round of Gauntlet. I was winning 8:2. As soon as game finished, I got d/c with the msg "there was an issue with connecting to the EA servers". I reconnect straight away (no issues with my ISP, everything else is working fine) and I get the happy message about "d/c harming other players") and to my get surprise my 8:2 turned into a loss? How is this f******* possible? I don't get any objective credit, even though I would get the "perfect round" for winning all matches in Gauntlet 4 as well as some others. The ID of the person I was playing with is:"FootballSloth14". What are you going to do to compensate for this ridiculous bad design? Why you don't give a **bleep** at all? This is a s*** show game and if it wasn't for my 14 year old son, I would have never ever bought another EA "FIFA" game. I'm honestly so done, not going to spend any minute more on this. Instead I will be happy to write reviews of this game on whatever platform (Steam/Google etc.) I can and give it the lowest possible score, for unplayable multiplayer modes. I'm pretty sure, there's no possibility to review any logs for this game and the response (if any) from the Community Manager will along the lines of "it's not our issue, check the FAQ for correct firewall setup blah blah blah". I'm not going to buy another FC EA game, I'm just so fed up as nobody cares on the EA side and nothing has improved from multiplayer perspective in last 5-6 years. Very disappointed customer. To preface I would like to provide some background information on the matter: I am on Xbox Series S where within Network Settings: I am on wired ethernet, have Open NAT, All Services Available, and on your very own "https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/ea-connection-report/" website you have my connection rating for the last 6-7 matches as either 96, 96, 98 or even 99 (out of 100). The "hilarious" thing, besides your incompetence with this game, is I got disconnected from every last one of those matches. I was winning in all of them, and the "most incredible" thing is that for all of those instances I got the message saying "The match is under review, you will return to UT home" - except I wasn't, I was kicked out of the game mode and got hit with a "Connection to ultimate team is not available" or "Connection to EA Servers is not available". From then I'd be able to pretty much get back on the game right away, only to see that despite winning when getting disconnected and you supposedly "reviewing the results", I got 4 Loses in a row. Now every time I log in to Ultimate Team, it takes about a few minutes before the game mode kicks me out yet another time. I've reset my router, restarted the Xbox, cleared the cache, literally every troubleshoot you could think of - I've done it. And yet this still happens. I even uninstalled the game & then reinstalled it once again. Only to find out that my internet connection was pretty dang fast, FC 26 with about ~55gb was installed in under 10min. So my internet clearly isn't the issue here. This isn't just a new issue either, it's been going on for about a month now. Every single **bleep** weekend I get at least 4-5 disconnects loses in Champions. What even is the point of playing anymore when you automatically know you're going to lose 1/3 of the games regardless? The past week, I've had to use my Web App for SBCs, because your incompetent servers and connectivity doesn't even let me log in to UT long enough. Every time it takes so long to "download content" or "check online squads" -> the result? disconnected as soon as i get in or all my cards show up without cosmetics or are greyed out. Fix your **bleep** servers, I've been playing this game mode for over a decade now and somehow with more "intelligent technologies" and "advanced innovations", the past 2 iterations FC 25 (towards the end) and FC 26 Ultimate Team have been absolutely unplayable due to your stupid server issues. But sure, let's release more store packs right? Get it right. And look at all the other posts/ comments in the past 2 weeks from the community. You claim to listen to us right? Prove it and actually read the dozens and dozens and dozens of people getting the same horrendous experience as I. Then compensate us fairly, either give us our games on Champions back so we can have an actual experience playing the game mode, or just give us all of our money back honestly. We haven't even reached TOTY yet, im basically going to assume that none of us will even be able to open the freaking game then. I have tried other modes on UT and all good but just this cup is bugged . used all 5 entries and haven’t been able to play a single game without disconnecting straight after kick off. Yesterday I played 5 games in the gauntlet 4 , I am on the 3rd game , out of those 5 games I won 3 and all 3 gave me the same error when the game ends , which is ea can't process my request , or the error that connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment , so the last two games I used a bronze team and quit the game hoping to reset the round and start again but even when you quit you get kicked out of ultimate team saying ea can't process your request , I used 5 different teams , not repeating any of the players , and yet I can't win or lose, therefore halting my progress , please can someone assist me16Views1like1CommentWrongful Permanent Ban – Broken Appeal System, Conflicting Emails
Hi everyone, I am posting here because I have run out of options and I am hoping a Community Manager or someone from EA can help look into this properly. What happened Out of nowhere, I received a permanent ban for coin distribution. I have had this account since 2014 with no warnings or suspensions. Two days later, I received a second email for a completely different reason, saying my account was using an unofficial or modified client and removing access to the Companion App. These two reasons contradict each other, which makes me think something went wrong on EA’s side. What I was actually doing Right before the ban, I bought around 5000 FC Points from the official store. I opened packs, sold the players, and used the coins to complete the Cambiaso SBC (about 40k), complete an Icon SBC (about 80k), and buy two players worth around 60k each. I did all of this within about an hour. My guess is that the quick movement of coins triggered an automated flag, but everything was earned legitimately. The appeal system failed completely This is my biggest issue. When I tried appealing through the official ban appeal page, the form did not work. Every time I entered my details and clicked submit, it gave an error message. I tried multiple browsers and devices and the same thing happened every time. I was literally unable to submit an appeal. After this i attempted to directly email ToS, however my email was blocked by the receiver and never made it through What support told me I contacted Live Chat. The advisor told me there is a known technical glitch preventing appeals from being submitted, that advisors cannot escalate ban cases, and that the ban team cannot be contacted directly. He tried to report the technical issue, but the ban itself could only be handled through the appeal system, which I cannot access. What happened after I eventually managed to create a normal support case, but not a real ban appeal. This only resulted in another generic message confirming the ban. It did not look like a human reviewed anything. Why I am posting here I do not want a refund and I am not looking for compensation. I only want a fair manual review of my account. At the moment it feels like an automated system banned me, a technical issue is stopping me from appealing, and there is no way to reach the team who made the decision. I am hoping someone from EA can forward this to the correct team. I can provide purchase history, account history, FC Point timestamps, bank proof, and anything else needed. I have had this account for 10 years and have always played fairly. I just want a real review. Thank you for taking the time to read this. When the match starts everything is normal and I get around 100–120 FPS, but in the second half it suddenly drops to 5 FPS. Sometimes it even drops to 5 FPS right when some matches start. I’m honestly fed up — I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it, but this issue is really starting to annoy me. Please fix this issue already.
