Accessing my fc points

I recently got the ultimate edition of fc 26 on steam and when I opened it I was surprised to see that I didn't get my fc points, icon pick or access to the premium pass. Somebody told me to wait till 6 pm yesterday however that didn't work either, is anyone else facing this issue and how can I resolve it? (I have already filed a complaint) I have tries restarting the game, deleting and reinstalling and many other things, what should I do?
