Accidental SBC Submission on Web App – Pack Not Claimed

Request for Squad Restoration

Hello, I’m playing on PC and I was using the Ultimate Team Web App while doing SBCs. By accident, I submitted my main squad into an SBC. The confirmation screen did not appear, and I wasn’t aware my main team was submitted. I have NOT claimed or opened the reward pack. This was a big mistake and I kindly ask if you can restore my squad since the pack is still unclaimed.

I don’t remember the full list of players because it happened very fast, but most of them were LaLiga players and high rated. The highest rated player was Dean Huijsen (Future Stars Academy EVO) rated 90. I also had Carmona EVO and Vitor Reis EVO. The other players were mostly between 88–90 rated.

This happened today while I was completing SBCs on the Ultimate Team Web App. I swear this was an honest mistake and I have not claimed or opened the pack
