Advanced Defender is NOT working

Is there anyone I can speak to about the issue I am having? I have sent to tickets via the EA contact us page, all it says is thanks for getting in contact. There are no cases opened on my account.

Advanced defending is NOT working in rivals, in squad battles it's working fine. When using advanced defending there is no animation and attempts to close out, it will only make a tackle when AI does it for me. It's really ruining the game.

I have tried switching to tactical defending and then back, i have tried re-installing the game.

My game is 100% bugged as when starting a game the opposition players are all over the place, this is when seeing the opposition players and formation.

The LB will show playing at striker, or the CM shows at right back as an example, but it's really random and changes each game. Sometimes it doesn't show the players at all, sometimes it works as normal.

I have paid good money for this game and I need some support.
