Al owairan obj glitch

I am having an issue with the objectives rewards in EA FC.

I completed the “Tiny Tim” objective, but I did not receive Tim Cahill, and the evolution which I need Because of this, I cannot continue or complete the Al Owairan objective path.

I am also missing other players/rewards that should have been granted after completing objectives.

I have already checked my club, unassigned items, and restarted the game, but the rewards are still missing.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me receive the missing rewards
