Ban Appeal Stuck in Waiting on Studio Status for a month

My account on PC was falsely banned in mid-January for something called balance transfer. I submitted a ban appeal and subsequent DSAR request so I could review the transfer market activity that flag...

236508431 is the case # for my original appeal, 237467837 is for my DSAR. I know you have no part in appeals but could you escalate or reach out to someone on TOS team to see if these got lost in the shuffle?
