EAFC 26 TOTY EDITION didnt get add ons
Hi! I have purchased eafc 26 toty edition 3 days ago.. The problem is, when i open the game i cant see the add ons... Such as fifa points, toty packs, etc... Nothing. It seems like that i purchased the basic edition. I have double checked it, i have activated the add on. I've reached out the support live chat, but didnt get any useful answers.. Any Suggestions? FC 26 SPLASH SCREEN CRASH
Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I am requesting a senior technical specialist or a community manager to look into this account-side authentication block. Hola buenas, no sé si alguno les pasa, al menos en SWITCH 2, resulta que tengo cartas especiales como POGBA ANIVERSARIO FUT, LAMINE YAMAL MENCION TOTY HONORIFCIA, JOAO CANCELO SBC, LEUTCHER, STILLER FDF...todos ellos con unas stat + de 90 o cerca de + de 90 todos ellos. resulta que cuando los veo en el club o en la alineacion y cambio la vista de la carta ( entre las 6 que hay donde se ve pierna mala, filigranas, play styles) las stat que aparecen son las de su nif y realmente, por ejemplo POGBA CANCELO LAMINE,,,, cuando juego con ellos los siento como si fueran sus NIF.The Journey Mode
Is it just me or was the Journey Mode one of the best modes EA gave us to enjoy offline. I want to see more of that in EAFC 27. I loved a story mode of Alex Hunter. Why this time do this as him trying to be a manager with the retired players or maybe doing charity games. Hello, All players experiencing consistent input delay issues in EA Sports FC 26 even though the connection appears stable. Connection stats in game show low and stable ping, zero packet loss, and minimal jitter. Despite this, gameplay feels delayed and unresponsive. There is a noticeable delay between button presses and player actions such as passing, shooting, and tackling. Player movement feels heavy and slow, and skill moves do not register instantly. Overall gameplay feels sluggish compared to normal responsiveness. This issue occurs in online modes including Division Rivals and Champions and live events and persists across multiple matches and different times of the day. Platform is PC. I am not running any background downloads or network-heavy applications while playing. The issue continues regardless of these conditions. This suggests the problem may be related to server-side delay, matchmaking, or latency compensation rather than my local connection. Hello, I bought FC26 about a week ago. In any game mode – Ultimate Team, normal Career mode, Kick-Off – my FPS drops to 5-10 after the second half. When I researched a solution, I found that others experienced this same problem 5 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. I have an Nvidia RTX 3050Ti graphics card and an Intel i5 11400H processor. Currently, the game is unplayable. I purchased the TOTY version, and when I tried to return it after playing for 70 minutes, you refused my return. I just want to play the game and didn't want to return it. Please fix this problem. I will share an example video; the GPU suddenly reaches 100%. Sometimes, exiting and re-entering Ultimate Team improves the situation, or some users have reported that alt-tabbing the game fixes it. After experiencing this problem, when I completely close the game and start another one, I also encounter FPS drops every 4-5 seconds, so I need to restart my computer. Disconnected: Unable to connect to the EA servers.
Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my Ultimate Team mode constantly disconnecting me. I get the message "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online, and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information". This happens both during SBCs and during gameplay. Sometimes I'll manage to play a full match, only to be disconnected within the 5 or 85 minutes of the next match. What I've already tested: - I deleted the AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 directory; - I verified the game files; - I disabled all additional programs; - I checked my connection quality, and according to https://help.ea.com/pl/help-tools/ea-connection-report/, my score is 98/100; - The date on the computer is set automatically. The internet at home works fine - speed test shows a stable 300Mbps, connected via cable, router restarted several times, DNS settings set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (the problem persisted without DNS settings). What can be wrong?
