FC 26 running very slow and laggy (Unplayable)
Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen before. FPS is as high as 105, but it's like I'm playing at 0.25x speed. The game is unplayable for me. Anyone experiencing a similar issue? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it
If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds and suddenly stops working, you can only pass or shoot Then you have the same problem as me. Apparently its caused by some graphic or screen issue, and not by the controller. Here is a temporarily solution that "works" for me: Go to screen settings and limit your fps to 60hz and turn on VSync, this way your controller should work. I say temporarily solution because I don't find this a real solution, I hope they don't spend again 1 month without fixing this like last year. This problem is similar to last year problem that was causing stuttering, lag and fps drop when someone in the match used L1 dribbling, and it was temporarily solved by limiting fps. This should be fixed ASAP, honestly I don't want to play this game with a terrible 60 fps experience, the game looks horrible and doesn't even look like 60 fps, looks that you are playing a **bleep**ty 30fps game in 2012. I WANT TO PLAY WITH MY 165 MONITOR REFRESH RATE. If this does not get fixed it's an absolutely lame and a joke company, how can I be experimenting the same issue that I had on FC 25 (That lasted months of unplayable gameplay) ON THE RELASE DATE OF FC26! FIX for controller not working in online matches and slow-motion gameplay
If you’re running into these issues (maybe even both at the same time, like I was), this fix might help: I tracked the problem down to Windows 11 automatically running the game on the wrong GPU. Fix: Go to Settings > Display > Graphics Find FC26 in the list Expand the dropdown under GPU preference If it’s on “Let Windows decide (power saving)”, switch it to your discrete GPU (RTX in my case) After doing this, the slow-motion gameplay should be gone—provided your PC meets or exceeds the minimum specs—and your DualSense controller should work properly in online matches too.Simplified skill moves stuck
I’ve been playing the 10 hour trial and my skill moves weren’t working properly. I checked my settings and “simplified skill moves” was toggled on and fully greyed out not allowing me to toggle off. I was chatting with a live agent and all the solutions didn’t work. I’ve lost games due to this as I use skill moves a lot. Made the experience for me worse
Massive lag gameplay on PC
Guys? Please tell me im not the only one, and hopefully only the trial version? I have as every FIFA, maxed out all settings - ingame, nvidia etc. Never had any problems like this. It's like I have 1 in fps, if I do a restart, maybe it works for a little while, but then it appears again. Doesnt matter if im playing in kickoff, pro clubs whatever. Its the worst lag ive ever felt, like massive stutters. Whats going on? Appreciate help.
