Hi pls help me gain access to the transfer market on the web I have been playing for well over 3 weeks of active days where I play 3 matches and log in to the companion app still haven’t gained access. Hi Support Team, I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue while playing in Online Friends (OF) mode Problem details: When entering Online Friends and selecting a team, everything works normally and the controller functions without any problem. Once the match starts and I try to make a pass (specifically the second pass), the action does not register immediately. A green indicator appears below the player’s name (pass power), which shows that the game receives the input, but the pass is executed only after 5 seconds or more. During this delay, the opponent moves normally, and sometimes scores a goal, while on my screen I am still at the beginning of the play. My internet connection is stable, with a ping of 30–40 ms. The issue occurs consistently only in Online Friends mode. When I enter Rivals, the game freezes and runs as if it’s at 30 FPS, and there is no sound at all. When I close the game and reopen it, everything works normally again. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this problem or providing a solution, as the delay makes the game nearly unplayable. First issue: After the update, the game’s online modes have become unplayable. Whenever I join a match, everything is normal for about 5 seconds, and then suddenly there’s massive input delay, making it impossible to play. This issue has only started happening after the latest update. Second issue: I’m playing the first half with a stable 60 FPS, and everything is fine. But as soon as the second half starts, the FPS drops to around 15. I’ve already tried deleting my profile, but it didn’t help. What could be causing this problem? I can’t play FUT Champs because of these issues — ever since the new update, everything has become messy and unstable. In FC26 I am getting 10–15 FPS in every game mode, even in the main menu. I cannot play the game at all. There are many players experiencing the same issue. We paid money for this game and it is extremely frustrating that we are not getting any support. Season 2 has already started and we still can’t play the game. I recently got a PS5 and a fc26 game on it, this is easier for me to access the game using remote play when I'm travelling. But when I launch the game and entered UT, it shows up a brand new profile (no players, no season pass, level 0) -- I haved Iinked my PS5 account in the EA web settings and I can see my friends I added in EA app and I can send them message, but just the whole UT squads are totally different.
