Controller not working in Rush FC27 (PC)
Does anyone else have this issue? I navigate the menus with my controller, go on rush, select the player I want to use, skip the intro all with my controller and then when the game kicks of my controller doesn't work? I can't move, select a comment or anything. I have checked my settings and it's set for my controller but just doesn't work?
FC 26 Silent Crash to Desktop
My FC 26 keeps randomly crashing straight to the desktop without any error message—sometimes 10 minutes in, sometimes 45 minutes in, and occasionally after a full match. I didn't have this problem 4 months ago, and my hardware, temperatures, and RAM are completely fine. I’ve already reinstalled the game 3 times, reinstalled the EA App, clean installed EA Anti-Cheat, cleared cache, disabled Memory Integrity, and ran clean boots, but nothing works. I checked my .mdmp crash dumps using WinDbg and found that Windows is closing FC26.exe because of an Access Violation (0xc0000005) caused by a bad memory pointer inside the anti-cheat virtualizer. The WinDbg logs confirm the exact failure bucket INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005_FC26.exe!Unknown across multiple dumps: Dump 1: add rsi, qword ptr [r8+rcx*8] at FC26!ANTICHEAT_VIRTUALIZE_CODEMARKER_SHIELD+d0d86b Dump 2: mov edx, dword ptr [rdx] at FC26!SoftMaxNormalize+694990 Both dumps are on Windows 10 Pro x64 (build 19045) with failure hash {4613b1cb-f4ba-2b7f-df7e-c3a2456779ab}. I have also attached 2 screen recording clips showing the exact moment the game silently closes
Steam account trapped on a hacker's EA account (Case #813973109)
Hello. My EA Account was hacked by a Russian bot. I have already recovered my main EA account, but my Steam account is still linked to the hacker's EA account. When I launch FC 26 on Steam, it signs into the hacker's profile. I can't unlink it from Steam's side. I have opened cases (#813973109 and #255446907) but I only get automated emails or closed chats. I need an advisor to manually break the link between my Steam ID and the hacker's EA account so I can link it back to my recovered email. Please help me escalate this.
I am losing connection to opponent during every game
I am trying to play any game mode; mainly clubs or rivals, and I cannot play a full game without my game freezing and then subsequently getting a popup saying "You lost connection to your opponent we'll check the match report to see who won and who lost". This happens on every single game now, I have not been able to play a full game recently. I am on wired connection, I have tried reinstalling the game, I have repaired my game files, I have tinkered with my DNS settings, I have deleted squad data files in the in-game settings. I am getting increasingly frustrated because I can't play this game with my friends.
My ping has been significantly higher and much less stable than before
The routing to the game servers appears to have changed. Since then, my ping has been significantly higher and much less stable than before Why has my ping suddenly increased to 38–45 ms when it used to be around 24 ms? As far as I understand, this seems to be related to changes in Google's network routing, but I'd really like to get my previous connection quality back. It's not comfortable to play with this level of latency. In FC 25 everything was much more stable, and even when FC 26 was first released, the connection was perfectly fine. I'd also like to point out that you have a large player base from Russia and neighboring countries. It would be great if EA could add a data center in Russia. Please help improve the connection to your servers.EA AntiCheat Crash
I haven't been able to play FC 26 for nearly two weeks. In Event Viewer, EA Javelin AntiCheat reports that FC26.exe exits unexpectedly with exit code 0xFFFFFFFF (Event ID 1000). The crash occurs immediately after Javelin AntiCheat starts. I have also checked the AntiCheat driver registration. Windows reports the EAAntiCheat driver as being registered to System32\drivers\eaanticheat.sys, but I cannot find eaanticheat.sys anywhere on the C: drive. I understand that the driver may not be permanently present when Javelin isn't running, so I am mentioning this as an observation rather than assuming it is the cause. EA Javelin AntiCheat uninstall/reinstall reports that it completed successfully, but the same crash continues. Secure Boot is ON. I have already tried the following: Re-downloaded and reinstalled FC 26 twice. Reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat. Tried an older version of Windows. Updated to Windows 11 25H2, OS Build 26200.9168. None of these resolved the problem. The game consistently stops at Javelin AntiCheat and FC26.exe exits with 0xFFFFFFFF. Please note that I have already reinstalled the game multiple times, so I would appreciate troubleshooting steps focused on the Javelin AntiCheat/driver issue rather than reinstalling FC 26 again. Hello EA Me and all the people i know in the middle east started to hate this game so much because of the bad ping its a different game when we used to play on 30 ping and less but now because of the issue with the servers we normally play one 70 plus and it feels so bad and unplayable for such a game like fc 26 it needs a good ping to actually enjoy the game can you please give us information about the servers , is there a come back are we gonna see these servers again and enjoy playing again please EA give us a hope . best regards Abdullah Laith
