    Hey Luka101Z​,

    When did you raise your appeal exactly? It can take a few days for our terms of service team to finish investigating your report. If you've already reached out, you can always check the status of your case under My Cases (just be careful not to continue it, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to see it.).

    There's a webform in the article you can use to still raise an appeal, but just in case you're looking at the wrong account, what platform do you play on? If it's not the EA app, could you try logging in here with the same EA account to see if you see your platform linked?
