Black Friday pack missing

Hi there

I bought a Black Friday pack (1000 fc point) on 14/12/2025 about 1:00 am ( Brisbane time), then system was frozen and i need to restart the game on my phone. When I came back, I didn’t see 10 regular pack C as they supposed to come when you buy 1000 fc point pack. Please check and let me know. Someone in EA support can’t find my purchase.
