Black specks or black dots

I'm experiencing a graphical issue in the game when playing a match in rainy weather Black specks or black dots appear on the screen (only during cutscenes, replays, and corner kicks). My graphics card is an Intel Arc A750, and my processor is an i5 12400F. I would appreciate a quick fix for this problem as it's very annoying, especially since I'm a huge fan of the series and only use my PC to play it.
