Blocked Progress in my My Club with 'My pro'

Hi, i have a problem having my progression blocked in FC 26 Club carreer, my pro does not have progression, i have played like 50 games with my friend's club and still do not have any progression, please someone who already have had the same problem and  solve it let me know
