Bought FC 25 Points by mistake, need transfer/refund to FC 26

I’ve been playing EA FC (formerly FIFA) since FIFA 13. I’ve always been a player who regularly purchases FIFA Points (now FC Points), but this time, by mistake, I had two points packs in my EA App cart — one for FC 25 and one for FC 26.

Without noticing, I ended up buying the FC 25 pack, which I no longer play.I’d like to know if there’s any way to transfer these points to FC 26 instead. I’m a long-time customer who has spent quite a lot on the game, and I believe this kind of issue should be easy to solve.

 If transferring isn’t possible, would it be possible to request a refund for this purchase?Thanks in advance for your support.
