BUG stealing the player pick
Hello! I am writing this message regarding the non-granting of the bonus when purchasing the Fc26 "TOTY edition" version. I received:
- Star Defender Player Item Pick • Star
Midfielder Player Item Pick • Star Attacker Player Item Pick •5,000 Season Points but I did not receive the most important thing "Gold
TOTY Nominees Starting XI Pack". The game told me to play a match to receive this player pick which I had seen included a Barcola card and 4 other variants and when I pressed the ok button, that is, to go and play the match, the game made a BUG and I could not enter that match and I was left without a player pick, I tried to restart the game, even on the playstation but to no avail, I also tried to play matches with the hope that I would receive it but nothing.... Can this problem be solved please?
I send this message yesterday to EA and they told me to contact them in 24h if I still didnt got them, the 24 h has passed i contacted them and now they are telling me to put my problem here because they "cant fix it", I really want that player pick and im wasting my time trying to get it back... Can u finally help me or im wasting my time here too?
