Camera Angle Glitch: Zoomed In

Hi, I’m having an issue when I load into games and it’s displaying a zoomed in camera angle which limits my visibility of the pitch. This does not happen in every online game but does every now and then randomly forcing me to leave the game. However, this is happening for me on every single game against AI whether this is Career Mode or Squad Battles which is making it unplayable.

i play on tele broadcast which is a very zoomed out camera angle and it is ruining my experience of the game. I have tried changing the custom zoom setting to zoom it out however, when the glitch is happening it does not matter what camera angle I change to as they are all zoomed in for whatever reason…

please address this urgently it’s making game modes unplayable. I have attached an image this is not telebraodcast
