Can’t access my pre order icon

Hi there I was wondering if you can help me gain access to my fc 26 pre order icon

Same here, i got the season pass reward, evo, and fc points and others but i cant seem to find the ICON pick reward from pre-ordering the ultimate edition on steam PC. Please help guys. are you guys on steam too or Consoles?
