Can’t connect to ultimate team

Hello, I have been unable to connect to Ultimate Team on Xbox for over 24 hours. I can log into the Companion App fine, so my account isn’t banned. I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled, changed networks, and tried everything. Could you please check if my account session is stuck and reset my Ultimate Team access?
